The adolescent years throws up several challenges due to the energy and curiosity of youngsters to parents and teachers. However, it remains the most critical period for any individual. Several young people find themselves struggling with gaining career clarity, peer pressure, societal vices and identifying opportunities for growth. Another sizeable number do not know where to strike the balance between their hobbies, passion and their careers.
With proper modelling, mentorship/coaching and engagement, teenagers can be prepared for a rewarding future that would impact not only their families but nations at large.
CAS Boot-Camp is an intensive, 3-day non-residential program designed to expose adolescents from different secondary & post-secondary institutions to fundamental courses that addresses gaps in different areas. Participants drawn from diverse backgrounds learn about topics ranging from leveraging technology in your career pursuit, personal finance, responsibility & values, handling failure, dealing with peer pressure, skill acquisition among other fun filled activities. All these and more is designed to prepare them in becoming catalysts for national & global change.
A good amount of the issues we deal with today are products of our neglect of youths of yesterday.
