Discovery & Learning
Our Discovery and Learning pillar focuses on creating Impactful platforms and interventions designed to help young emerging learners discover their unique abilities and leverage that knowledge in reaching for their career goals.
We organize training, boot camps and conferences such as Career Discovery Course, Scholarship Summits and the Career and Stewardship (CAS) Bootcamp. While CAS and the Career Discovery Course is targeted at those within the 13-21 age category, other conferences are open to a much older demographic.
Beyond learning interventions, the power of having someone model our dreams while providing guidance has been proven to be a valid method for achieving career and life goals faster.
Our Mentorship program is a multi-national mentorship community made up of mentees and mentors from different parts of the world. We match applicants with LCA mentors who work with the mentees in setting and achieving career goals during the program.
We model possibilities and awaken potential across disciplines and cultures.

LCA is also committed to empowering the youth of Nigeria and Africa through scholarship opportunities for undergraduate students from low-income families.

At LCA, we are dedicated to not only enhancing career opportunities in Nigeria and across Africa through training and mentorship programs but by also actively engaging in impactful research, and policy work.
Our commitment extends beyond individual empowerment to shaping systemic change. Through research, we generate insightful policy-based articles and briefs (LCA Policy Briefs), influencing decision-makers and contributing to the development of effective policies that foster sustainable human capital development, economic growth and social progress.
